About St. Nicholas Adult High School
St. Nicholas Adult High School provides flexible asynchronous online credit classes to enable adult students to complete high school, upgrade marks, or earn prerequisites at their own pace.
We are open to all adults 18+ years of age and older living in the Ottawa area, providing weekly registration throughout the school year and making the school accessible for all at any time.

Flexible, asynchronous, teacher-supported. Engaging at your own pace and time, without needing to be online at a specific time or location, offering flexibility in accessing and completing learning tasks.
The opportunity to earn your high school diploma, upgrade and/or earn prerequisites for post-secondary.
Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) or Mature Student Evaluations for eligible adults.
Credits@Work for employed students: Completing high school diploma while at work.

We are situated in the Nepean area, specifically at 893 Admiral Avenue in a central area within the city of Ottawa, near the bus stations Admiral/Crerar, Merivale/Carling and Fisher/Tunis.
Our building has a large, welcoming learning commons area where students can work alone or with their teachers. There are computers available, as well as WiFi and many power outlets.
Office hours: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
